General Meeting – January 13, 2021
During the NBAD Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 23, 2021, the Motion 12.3 to increase registration fees was defeated. A member proposed an additional meeting of the membership to discuss our budget, our mandate, and the fees needed to sustain and build NBAD as a college. To that end, the Board of Directors held a General Meeting on January 13, 2022 from 12 pm – 1 pm to bring forward another motion for a fee increase.
The following motion was proposed and carried with more than 2/3 of the votes in favour:
Motion 12.1 – Motion to amend By-Law XIV Finances (2022-2023 annual fees)
