Your feedback will be considered in planning our next strategic initiatives. We are asking members to complete the survey by May 15, 2021 (15-30 minutes depending on length of your answers): https://forms.gle/SsbYUUiy6J2mp6g2A
Pre-Authorized Debit – To date, we have received 146 responses for the survey related to the option of pre-authorized debit payment for registration fees (debits collected in advance prior to renewal). To properly study this payment option, we are asking other members to complete this short 2-question survey: https://forms.gle/kq62x88cezwGhyyHA
